I bought a pair of orthotic insoles back in February and was charged the full amount including shipping; however it is now April and I still have not received the items. To add to my frustration is that fact that I live in Hawaii and their business hourse require me to call them early in the morning, and then when I finally get through I get hung up on 3 times by their automated machine. On the 4th attempt I get a man with some heavy foreign accent who seems like its his first day as he places me on hold for about 3 times, then says we will have to send you a refund claim slip--which by the way I asked for 2 1/2 weeks ago and still has not arrived. These people do not know how to run a company and their customer service ***, I just want my money back!

They know how to steal from people. If that is their business plan they are making lots of money. 

 

I know because so far they have me for 99.60 for a set of insoles that I thought were 29.90.
