I have been trying for months to get my money back, letters, calls, which I have been hung up on numerous times. My last letter said that if they did not credit my account....they would hear of me on T.V. when they were pitching their product. STILL NOTHING. We need to call BBB and the T.V. station that promotes them. My e-mail is if you have any additional info that can help. |
| 2. Written by Don, on 13-08-2008 10:55 Firstly, they always hang up on their customers whenever they cannot escalate the call. They actually provide UNSATISFACTORY customer service. Those Arab speaking reps couldn't even converse well! They charged me with $58.99... which includes rush shipping... and took 2 WEEKS to arrive in my place. That's how they define RUSH! They are OVERCHARGING and MISLEADING!!! Don't be DECEIVED by their offers! Customer service ***!!!! |
