My name is Gayle Hickey I was charged $44.85 for something I didn't order and because of this charge it put my accout in the negative of $170.00. This charge was not to be taken. On August 5, I call your company again about this matter. I was treaded rude by your employee Jazz and Conner. Jazz was rude to me and hung up on me. Conner hung up on me when I gave him my number. Has anyone been able to get in touch with any kind of management who gives a ***? I have been trying for months to get my money back, letters, calls, which I have been hung up on numerous times. My last letter said that if they did not credit my account....they would hear of me on T.V. when they were pitching their product. STILL NOTHING. 

We need to call BBB and the T.V. station that promotes them.

Firstly, they always hang up on their customers whenever they cannot escalate the call. They actually provide UNSATISFACTORY customer service. Those Arab speaking reps couldn't even converse well! They charged me with $58.99... which includes rush shipping... and took 2 WEEKS to arrive in my place. That's how they define RUSH! They are OVERCHARGING and MISLEADING!!! Don't be DECEIVED by their offers! Customer service ***!!!!
