I place a order online for Walkfit.com 8/31/08. After placing the order, moments later I emailed their customer service department to cancel the order, and not charge my credit card.

Few days later I noticed the order was pending to my credit card.I then phoned their customer service dept. The rep stated the order was not being place through.

The order did charge on my credit card, and after many emails, and calls I was told they lost the order. Still this day I have not received a refund for product I never received. I have not heard from anyone from the company.

I sent another email as of 12/14/08.
